A Good Problem to Have (And Your Newsletter Is Here!)
A fun milestone paused the email send — but the newsletter is live! Read this week’s edition on digital detox, teacher focus, and mindful tech habits.
A funny thing happened this morning…
Today’s STRONG Teacher Newsletter didn’t go out as scheduled — because so many new teachers joined us this week that I actually passed my email send limit.
Honestly? That’s a pretty wonderful problem to have. It means this community is growing — fast — and that more teachers are finding support, calm, and connection through our work together.
I upgraded my plan (a good milestone!), but the timing meant the newsletter didn’t send automatically.
So I’m popping into your inbox personally to share it with you.
Here’s today’s edition, now live on the site:
👉 Read the STRONG Teacher Newsletter
This week’s issue is all about digital drift, smartphone breaks, and reclaiming small moments of presence — a theme that feels especially timely as we head deeper into winter.
Inside, you’ll find:
- A quote from Joshua Foer
- A resource featuring a powerful NPR article on gentle digital detox
- An affirmation to help steady your mindset
- A journal prompt
- And a book spotlight on Stolen Focus
Thank you for being part of this growing community!
I’m grateful for every one of you who reads, shares, reflects, and walks through these STRONG Teacher practices with me.
More good things are coming.
And your Wednesday newsletter is officially back on track.
With Gratitude,
Jeremy
