Life is probably better with a balance between consuming and creating. It’s easier to consume. Creating provides purpose.

Scheduling time to reflect is a powerful personal and professional growth tool. Find a structure that works for you and then stick to it. The practice is what matters. "One day you will wake up and there won’t be any more time to do the things you’ve always wanted. Do it now." -Novelist Paulo Coelho

I would add to stop the things that make it harder to get where you want to be. What distractions do you let into your daily routine?
