Three Things: Smiling, Paper, and Owning Yourself

I.

Smiling helps you live longer and relieves stress. These benefits (and more) are available, even when you make yourself do it.

II.

Paper and pen are moving up on my list of important technology. There are many apps that I’ve tried in order to track student progress with assignments and grades. Paper and pen offer the greatest flexibility and efficiency. It's much easier to create things on the fly.
