“The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.” — Coretta Scott King

Resource

Community doesn’t require grand gestures — it grows in the quiet moments: a check-in in the hallway, a kind word before a meeting, a short message to say, “I see you.” This week, try one simple way to connect more intentionally with a colleague.

Offer genuine praise, ask a curious question, or send a note of encouragement — especially to someone who might not expect it. Small acts of compassion are how we build communities that last.

Now Repeat…

I am a builder of belonging. With every kind word and caring act, I help create a community rooted in compassion.

Journal Prompt

Where have I seen compassion strengthen my community — and how might I offer it more intentionally this week?
