Releasing doesn’t always mean quitting—it can mean choosing differently, more freely.

Here’s your midweek boost - a quote, a resource, and an affirmation to power you through the rest of the week.

Quote

"You wanna fly, you got to give up the thing that weighs you down." — Toni Morrison

Resource

As summer invites reflection, ask yourself: What’s been weighing me down this year—mentally, emotionally, or professionally? Try this simple practice: write down one thought, habit, or responsibility that no longer serves you. Then, beside it, write what might grow in its place if you set it down. Releasing doesn’t always mean quitting—it can mean choosing differently, more freely.

Now Repeat…

I honor my growth by releasing what no longer serves me. I am free to choose what lifts me up.
