You Don’t Need a New Career. You Need a Better Tuesday.

“Tiny changes, remarkable results.” — James Clear

You don’t need a new curriculum, a new classroom, or a new career.

You might just need a slightly better Tuesday. Kaizen—the Japanese practice of continuous improvement—doesn’t call for dramatic transformation. Instead focus on small 1% improvements. One fewer email sent after 8 pm. One lunch eaten away from your desk. One week where you leave when you said you’d leave. These aren’t small things because they’re insignificant. They’re small things because they’re actually doable. Doable is what changes a life.

Start with Tuesday.
