Lately, I've felt 🐒 slow when I've been out cycling. It was starting to negatively impact my overall experience.

I wasn't looking around or soaking up nature. I was worried about my speed, or lack thereof.

Today I slowed down. It made all the difference.

I tried to focus on the trees, the sound of the wheels on the pavement, and the wind in my face. With repetition, speed would come, but I didn't care today.

In life and teaching, there is always more to do and a wish that it could all get done faster. Is it worth it just to speed up so you can do more?

Don't let the desire for speed negatively affect your experiences.

Remember to slow down and enjoy the ride.
